The 1600 features a reinforced heavy-gauge steel frame, a high-inertia rotor system with 20+ precision-balanced hammers, and a powerful 90–110 kW drive motor — delivering the crushing force needed to process thick steel plate, structural beams, engine blocks, and industrial scrap with consistent output quality.

Reinforced Heavy-Duty Frame

Constructed from Q345B high-strength steel plate (12–20 mm thickness) with stress-relief annealing treatment. The frame is designed for continuous ²⁴⁄₇ operation in demanding industrial environments.

High-Inertia Rotor System

Extra-large rotor (Φ 600–700 mm diameter) with 20–28 reversible alloy steel hammers. The high-mass rotor stores kinetic energy for superior impact force — reducing energy consumption while maximizing shredding efficiency.

Oversized Crushing Chamber (1,600 × 1,000 mm)

Interior walls lined with 20 mm Hardox 500 wear-resistant plates. All critical wear surfaces are bolted and replaceable — minimizing maintenance costs and extending service intervals.

Magnetic Separation Integration

Built-in magnetic drum or magnetic head pulley available as standard or optional configuration — automatically separates ferrous metal chips from non-ferrous output for clean material streams.

Split-Bearing Cartridge Housings
