At HuaZhi, we are committed to delivering your industrial machinery and equipment safely, efficiently, and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices, delivery timelines, and related responsibilities. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described herein.
We offer multiple shipping options depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order:
Sea freight is our primary shipping method for large machinery, heavy equipment, and bulk orders. We partner with reputable international shipping lines to provide FCL (Full Container Load) and LCL (Less than Container Load) services. This option offers the best balance of cost and capacity for oversized equipment.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the following factors:
Order weight and dimensions — Heavier and larger shipments incur higher freight charges
Destination — Distance, accessibility, and regional surcharges affect pricing
Shipping method — Sea freight, air freight, and express courier have different rate structures
Insurance — Optional cargo insurance can be added at an additional cost
Fuel surcharges — Applicable carrier fuel surcharges may apply
Shipping costs will be clearly stated in your quotation or proforma invoice before order confirmation. We strive to offer competitive shipping rates and will advise you of the most cost-effective option for your needs.
Estimated delivery times vary by shipping method and destination:
Sea freight: 15–45 days depending on the shipping route and customs clearance
Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, weather conditions, port congestion, or carrier scheduling.
We offer flexible Incoterms to suit your needs. The agreed Incoterm will be specified in your order confirmation.
FOB (Free on Board) — We deliver the goods to the port of shipment and load them onto the vessel. Risk transfers to you once the goods are on board.
CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) — We cover the cost, insurance, and freight to the destination port. Risk transfers to you once the goods pass the ship’s rail at the port of origin.
EXW (Ex Works) — You are responsible for all shipping arrangements and costs from our factory or warehouse.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — We handle all shipping, customs clearance, and import duties to deliver the goods to your specified address.
All products are professionally packaged to ensure safe transit. Our packaging standards include:
Export-grade wooden crating: For heavy machinery and delicate equipment to prevent damage during long-distance transport
Waterproof and moisture-proof treatment: For sea freight shipments to protect against humidity and saltwater exposure
Custom packaging: Available upon request for specialized requirements
Packaging costs are included in the product price unless otherwise specified in your quotation.
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 working days after order confirmation and payment clearance. Processing time may vary depending on:
Product availability (in-stock items ship faster than made-to-order items)
Customization requirements
Quality inspection and testing procedures
You will be notified of any expected delays during the order confirmation process.
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with:
A shipping confirmation email with tracking number(s)
Carrier name and estimated delivery date
Bill of lading (for sea freight)
Link to the carrier’s tracking portal for real-time shipment monitoring
We recommend monitoring your shipment regularly and contacting us immediately if you notice any significant delays or irregularities.
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed under DDP terms.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or the failure of the buyer to provide required documentation. We recommend that you check with your local customs office for information on applicable duties and import restrictions before placing an order.
Upon receipt of your shipment, please inspect the packaging and products carefully:
Check for visible damage to the packaging before signing the delivery receipt
If damage is apparent, note it on the delivery receipt and take photographs
Unpack and inspect the products within seven (7) days of receipt
Report any damage, shortage, or non-conformity to us immediately in writing with supporting evidence
Failure to report damage or discrepancies within the specified period may affect your ability to file a claim with the carrier or with us.
In the event of a damaged or lost shipment:
Visible damage: Refuse the delivery or note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt. Contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier.
Concealed damage: If damage is discovered after unpacking, take photographs and contact us within seven (7) days of receipt.
Lost shipment: If your shipment does not arrive within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will initiate a trace with the carrier.
We will work with you and the carrier to resolve any shipping issues as quickly as possible. Claims are subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions.
Some of our products may be subject to export control regulations or import restrictions in certain countries. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order can be legally imported into your country. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders that violate applicable laws or regulations.
We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, port strikes, pandemics, carrier delays, or supply chain disruptions.
