With a massive 2,000 × 1,200 mm crushing chamber, a 132–160 kW heavy-duty drive system, and a high-inertia oversized rotor fitted with 32–40 reversible hammers, the 2000 delivers continuous throughput of 3,000–8,000 kg per hour — making it the backbone of any high-volume metal recycling operation.

Built for steel mills, large-scale scrap yards, demolition processing centers, and industrial metal recovery facilities, the 2000 Metal Crusher transforms bulky scrap — including structural steel beams, ship hull sections, heavy machinery frames, and thick industrial plate — into uniform, furnace-ready metal chips in a single pass. Key Features

Extra-Heavy Reinforced Steel Frame

The main body is fabricated from ultra-thick Q345B steel plate (16–25 mm) with full-box-section reinforcement ribs. Stress-relief annealing after welding ensures zero frame distortion under continuous peak-load operation.

Oversized High-Inertia Rotor (Φ 800–900 mm)

The extra-large rotor stores maximum kinetic energy at reduced RPM — delivering devastating impact force while consuming less energy than high-speed alternatives. The rotor is dynamically balanced in two planes before dispatch.

32–40 Reversible Alloy Steel Hammers

Each hammer is cast from heat-treated chromium-molybdenum alloy steel with 4 reversible cutting edges (128–160 total cutting edges per machine). Hammers are individually pinned and can be replaced in under 30 minutes without disturbing adjacent hammers.

Hardox 500 Chamber Lining System

The entire crushing chamber — walls, floor, and anvil plate — is lined with bolted Hardox 500 wear-resistant plates. Every wear surface is designed for rapid bolt-on replacement, eliminating the need for welding repairs during service intervals.

Dual-Cylinder Hydraulic Pusher (25–40 Ton Thrust)

Two high-output hydraulic cylinders deliver 25–40 tons of continuous thrust force. The proportional valve system automatically adjusts pushing force based on material density — preventing stall conditions while protecting the drive system from overload damage.

Integrated Magnetic Separation Line

A 1,200 mm wide magnetic drum separator is mounted at the discharge conveyor as standard, extracting ferrous metal chips from the output stream at over 99% separation efficiency — producing clean, furnace-grade material ready for melting.

Split Cartridge Bearing System (SKF / TIMKEN)

The world’s fastest bearing replacement system — split cartridge design means the entire bearing housing and shaft assembly can be extracted without removing the rotor. Maintenance time reduced from days to hours.

Full Acoustic Enclosure Standard

Heavy-gauge steel enclosure with 50 mm mineral wool insulation, integrated access doors, emergency stops, and material feed gates. Operational noise: ≤ 80 dB at 1 meter.

Intelligent PLC Control System

Siemens or equivalent PLC with HMI touchscreen. Features auto-load monitoring, overload protection with auto-reverse, fault diagnostics with error logging, and optional remote monitoring via 4G/WiFi module.
