I found this company online. At first, I was worried about being scammed, but the staff sent me plenty of videos and information. After chatting for a long time and taking a video tour of the factory via WhatsApp, I was convinced it was a legitimate business. I hired a translator and went there in person. I tested the machinery at the company, finalized everything, and returned home. After a long wait, I’ve finally received the equipment. I have to say, Chinese equipment really offers great value for money—haha!
Thank you for your warm hospitality; it made me feel right at home in a foreign land. The equipment is running stably, and I haven't encountered any malfunctions. I took the complimentary crusher wear parts to a local machine shop to have replacements made; shipping them from the factory takes too long, so having them replicated locally is the only practical option.
I deal in used industrial metal equipment in Nairobi. After months of researching suppliers, I chose HuaZhi for a 600 Type Metal Shredder. What convinced me was their factory video — I could see the machine being tested at full load before shipping. The shredder arrived in good condition and was running within a week. I mainly process structural steel and aluminum scrap. The output is clean and I have had no major mechanical issues in 8 months. Support from their team via WhatsApp has been good.
I manage the scrap metal department at a steel foundry in Lagos. We purchased the 1300 Type Metal Crusher to process scrap metal turnings and iron filings for our induction furnace. The machine has been running for 12 months continuously and the downtime has been minimal. Our local HuaZhi agent stocks essential wear parts, which means we don’t wait weeks for spare parts. The output particle size is consistent and our furnace efficiency has improved noticeably. Good machine for a foundry operation.
