Metal shredder is a kind of equipment specialized in rough crushing for all kinds of large-volume and high-hardness scrap steel and aluminum. By crushing scrap metal, it increases its stacking density for transportation and recycling. This equipment is widely used for shredding paint drums, diesel drums, thin iron sheets, car shells, metal briquettes, sheet metal scraps and other waste metal materials.
It mainly relies on the principle of “shear and cut” to complete the process of crushing solid waste. The motor drives the reducer to transfer the torque to the movable knife of the crusher through the shaft of the knife roller, the knife hook of the movable knife hooks the material to tear it downward, and the blades of the rollers cut solid waste like scissors, and the crushed material and pre-screened material are discharged from the bottom of the crusher.
